Description
The AAF MEGAcel II is a PTFE Membrane filters which is designed to meet semiconductor industry cleanroom filtration requirements for fab’s modular, mini and micro environments, as stated in the ISOOI specifications. The filter provides
extremely high particulate filtration efficiencies, lower pressure drop and negligible off-gasing.
Application
Available for all ranges of applications. i.e : Semiconductor.
