Description
AmWash® is light weight panel filter with several features like reusable aluminium steel frame, made of synthetic fiber and characterized by a relatively low resistance to air flow, washable and easy to install.
AmWash® can be blow cleaned with compressed air or solution of water and detergent, but only once or twice during its natural life time.
Application
AmWash® is specially design for application in industrial and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
for example like:
  1. Offices, convention centers, meeting rooms, hospitals, shopping malls, sport centers, airports and other buildings with HVAC systems.
  2. Normal industrial area with central air ventilation system.
  3. Prefilter for central ventilation system for CleanRoom.

AmWash® is available with 3 classifications: G2, G3 and G4 in accordance with EN779.
High Dust holding Capacity
Owing to the excellent dust holding capacity, AmWash® can be used as a prefilter to higher efficiency filters or as main filters. As refilter, AmWash® protect more expensive main filters from premature replacement while as main filter it improves the quality of indoor air.
Easy to Install
AmWash® has a sturdy, long lasting galvanized steel frame which offers great resistance in harsh operating conditions. Due to its light weight and compact size (only 46mm depth), it is relatively inexpensive to ship and easy to handle and install. If required, AmWash® can be supplied with a stainless steel or aluminum frame can be be manufactured to any size.
Cleanable
AmWash® can be blow cleaned with compressed air, but only once ot twice during its natural lifetime. AmWash® can also be cleaned with a solution of water and detergent on a limited basis.
