Locking Device

Three Combination locks provide extra protection for you. Unlocking any two of three will open the door. The four-wheel combination locks are concealed behind a hinged front panel. Each combination lock has a relocking device for further security. When the combination locks are attached, the relocking device is activated instantly.

Unsurpassed Anti-Burglary Protection

The entire door is reinforced with Kumahira’s exclusive protective armor plate “Kumahira Alloy” which provides complete protection against blow torches, drills and explosives.

The Locking Bar

A full locking bar assures top-to-bottom contact with the door’s locking jamb. On the hinge side, a fixed locking bar performs the same function.

Detent Mechanism

The detent mechanism allows the locking bar to be secured in the retracted position to prevent the possibility of damage to the bar in case the door is accidentally closed with the bar in the extended position.

Day Gate

Daygate is the key-operated from both sides. A swinging & sliding gate are both available.

Door Catcher

Floor mounted door catcher is equipped with a positive catch which holds the door in place even under the earthquake. The catch can be disengaged by steeping on the release pedal.

Time Lock

A Kumahira Precision-matric time lock assures security in addition to the combination locks as the door cannot be opened as long as time lock is activated. The precision-matric is available with two or three movement and can be set for the time periods up to 168 hours.

Emergency Ventilator EV-7

If someone is locked inside the vault (accidentally or under hold-up conditions), the ventilator makes it possible for fresh air or food to pass into the vault. The trapped person can alert the outside by pushing the alarm button attached to the ventilator inside the vault.

Duct Lock DL-424 & DL-636

Duct Lock is designed to accommodate normal connection to the building air supply system and to the vault air duct distribution system. In case of fire, it prevents the fire and smoke from entering the room through the duct.

For example, it can be simply adapted to meet the needs of individual customer management, or even transform into a complete self service system for customers accessing their safe deposit boxes.

Young ann customize A .B series safe deposit boxes

The Young ann A .B series deposit boxes have been designed to meet exacting security requirements, while making the most efficient use of vault space and providing the vault with lockers featuring a most attractive design.

There are two models available, the A series and the B series. They differ from each other in door material, A series are constructed of solid aluminum alloy. Machines for precise fit and finished in front and back stainless steel plate. B series are constructed of solid polish stainless steel, thus allowing you to make beat choice. Each model offers different combinations of numbering, bond box and lock. You can choose to have the locking system manually operated or controlled by Yongann electronic control system (YECS) for safe deposit box.

Young Ann prefabricated modular vault have been tested and approved by UL. The flexibility in shape and location design that come with lighter and thinner size than poured on site wall Vault. Young Ann modular vaults provide an attractive alternative solution that can help you lower your capital expense and utilize limited space.

Design

The standard sized panels can be combined with vault with any size. However, customized size and shape can be fabricated. The panel can retrofitted and lined with existing rooms or older vaults within building.

Young Ann modular vault meets all the UL 608M 1, 2, 3 standards. The Panels and the vault doors prepared for the installation of seismic detectors. Welding panels from both side are constructed for seismic detecting over a large area. Therefor, the number of detectors to be used are reducing through Young Ann assembly method.

Fabrication

The panel are the combination of Young Ann’s exclusive high-density composite concrete mixed. It reinforced rods and steel fibers and enclosed in galvanized frame. The panels tests to an impressive compressive strength over 30,000psi. That is then cured to more than ten times the hardness of typical site-poured concrete walls. It is approved to offer protection against burglary by drill, cutting, impact, fluxing and other stern destruct method.

BODY
The LORD DUKE SAFE body incorporates the LORD special designed barrier encased within the steel walls protecting all five sides of the safe body with a single case unit of consistent strength, free of surface seams thus gives the safe body its immense strength and protective qualities, offering great resistance to attack.

DOOR
The door incorporates the LORD special designed barrier encased between heavy steel press formed plates with the lockcase forming an integral part of the door structure. Further, additional security has been achieved from a unique method of anchoring the LORD AP Bar material to eliminate the removal by attackers of the outer door steel.

BOLTWORK
